Contributes to the development of straightforward creative design concepts and plans which reach and engage clients. Assignments cover a basic/limited range of multi-media and online materials for product design, marketing collateral, conferences, sales support, and advertising campaigns, among others. Partners with Editorial staff who contributes the written content and does final reviews. May have a focus area such as graphic arts, digital media, user interface design, web content, data visualization, video post-production, animation, user experience design, user research, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Applies basic knowledge of design theory (typography, color, balance, scale, etc.) and tactics (storyboarding, wire-framing, prototyping) to create multimedia collateral under the direction of a senior colleague. Tailors design, as directed, to elicit the desired reaction/response.
• Observes and may participate in creative meetings for project kickoffs and brainstorming sessions. Learns how to build a conceptual design in support of marketing campaigns. Presents ideas, seeks feedback from peers and senior colleagues, and incorporates it into design assignments.
• Collaborates with peers in design and editorial to execute creative design assignments. May support an assigned internal client base with varying expectation levels, providing responsive and timely replies to their requests.
• Applies style guidelines and ensures work is with consistent brand standards. Gains knowledge of regulatory and product guidelines and learns how to incorporate into assignments appropriately.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
• 0+ years of total relevant work experience.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for full time remote work.
Regional Requirements:
Base salary range:
$53,000 -$+0,500 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington
$66,000 - $113,500 USD for the locations of: California and New York
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
