This important science, technology, and innovation center will support a range of technology and drug development activities that will help us usher in the next wave of innovation. Position Summary This position is for Associate developer in Field Integration Services who has hands-on technical administration & development experience in Salesforce.com and/ or Veeva Vault area. Position Responsibilities Ø Strong hands-on technical development and administration experience in Salesforce.com (sales cloud preferred), Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault integrations. Ø Configuration & Customization of different integration patterns using various technologies covering CRM, Alignment and Events management functions. Ø Strong desire/capability to quickly learn new technologies & self-contribute. Ø Build and leverage reusable code & libraries for global harmonization and future reuse of existing integrations. Ø Partner with the testing team to ensure applications/components are fully functional. Ø Review, track, and fix any defects or performance problems discovered in testing. Ø Should be able to work directly with multiple stakeholders and work on multiple tasks simultaneously from technical perspective. Ø Should be able to demonstrate and explain the functionality outcome of solution implementations. Ø Effective and clear communication from/to the technical team for any issues that may affect the deliverables & timelines. Ø Coordinate and ensure all the standard documentations such as SDD, Configuration tracker, Deployment checklists, Change Requests, Testing, ITQM, SIS/SIP, etc. are documented and continuously maintained. Ø Ensure to follow all the best practices in every stage of SDLC, and consistent architecture practices across deliverables using IT operating model and EA frameworks are followed by instituting the Configuration management principles on the Veeva commercialization. Ø Should be able to closely work with multiple peers spread across different locations globally (BMS and Service providers). Desired Experience Required: Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Ø 5 years of total IT experience in Software Development, Administration and Support. Ø 3 years of hands-on experience in salesforce.com (sales cloud), Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault integration work using either of following technologies: informatica or any other industry standard ETL Tool, MuleSoft, AWS technologies like Lambda and API Gateway Ø 2 years of experience in (i) Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, (ii) different testing standards and guidelines, (iii) Validated and regulated systems in Life Science domain, and (iv) Cloud and native applications. Ø 1 year of experience in implementation/working of Cloud ESB (preferably MuleSoft) Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ø Strong written and communication skills. Ideal Candidates Would Also Have: Ø Prior experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry. Ø Experience using any CI/CD tool & processes to manage end-to-end development/deployment cycle. Ø Veeva CRM Certification Ø Veeva Vault Certification Ø Certifications in either of Informatica, MuleSoft, AWS developer Ø Experience using any of industry standard Agile tooling suites (e.g., Jira), and working knowledge in requirement grooming sessions, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, tasks creation, and collaborating with stakeholders.
