Bamboobox is an early-stage top-tier VC-funded SaaS product company that solves problems for B2B sales and marketing teams. We help B2B companies generate quality pipelines at higher speeds by using a data-driven approach. We are looking for an HR Manager who would be playing a key role in making BambooBox a great place to work. Responsibilities
Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
Working with software developers to ensure that development follows established processes
Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions
Deploy updates and fixes
Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
Perform root cause analysis of errors and resolve technical issues
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Qualifications
BE / BTech / ME / MTech in any stream (CS preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of GCP / AWS ecosystem will be a plus
