Associate, DevOps, Institutional Banking Group Technology – Future Ready Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Roles Responsibilities • Drive the delivery of In-Country & regional projects for Infrastructure, upstream/downstream interfacing systems. • Understand the scope and deliverables of the project, review the implementation and cutover strategy and work towards executing a successful project rollout. • End-to-end management, deployment and delivery of IT infrastructure of each projects i.e deployment planning, setup & testing, pre-production readiness to production cutover. • Plan, implement, test, and deploy Akamai platform configurations to integrate with customer facing external web sites. • Collaborate with Solution Engineer, Application teams, Infrastructure SME's and service providers to meet the project objectives and schedule, and address issues. • Proactively manage any risks and escalation encountered during project deployment and drive towards resolution. • Provide L2 technical support 24 X 7 i.e weekends and public holidays Requirements • At least 2+ years of IT experience with min 3 years in designing, deploying, & managing Enterprise level infrastructure project. • Strong Application infrastructure/technical background with knowledge in Banking Domain application, Open Systems and information security knowledge. • Exposure to Websphere MQ & message brokers, Setup of MQ brokers, channels, queue managers, Setup of SSL and OAM security of MQ environment, Expert knowledge in broker services on version 6/7, Performance tuning on MQ, broker services, • Setup security in MQ, broker environment, Experience in configuration of HA / distributed, Queues/Queue Managers, Experience in scripting for day-to-day tasks to recycle MQ, broker servers, Monitoring and troubleshooting Queue issues and message flows, applying patches on production nodes • Equipped with extensive programming experience in one of the scripting languages e.g Python, Puppet or Shell. • Must possess ITIL & Solaris/Linux Administration certification • Application infrastructure space like VMware VIC containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift Container Platform – PaaS & Dockers, Object store and open-source stacks yet have traditional technologies will be preferred. • Related implementation experience on Blue/green deployment and Canary Testing is highly desirable • Able to travel regionally when required Technology
