Position Summary We are looking for a passionate & smart individual to join demand generation team at PUMA. This role will be responsible for managing relationship with internal/external stakeholders, performance marketing, brand visibility on key E-Commerce business. Key Objectives Work with the ECOM partners to understand their consumers and drive visibility amongst their loyal database Work with internal business stakeholders to understand priorities and drive digital campaigns in alignment. Driving integrated marketing campaigns with an aim of acquiring and retaining customers. Campaign Management Execution, Analysis & Reporting. Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Identifying patterns and trends in campaign data sets. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies and experiment with new channels to drive efficient acquisition Qualifications and Functional Competencies Experience: 2+ year of experience in Digital Marketing Prior experience of executing marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra is a big plus. Skills: Strong analytical & data interpretation skills. In depth understanding of Google as media platform. Understanding of web analytics tools (at least one of Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture) Awareness of attribution models and ability to create a structured approach for RoAS computation
