Hiring: Associate Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations
📍 Pune (Hinjewadi) | Hybrid – 3 days in office
💰 Salary: ₹525-30 LPA | 🚫 No relocation (local candidates only)
We are seeking an Associate Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations to lead internal IT operations for a fast-growing IT Services company. This is a non-client facing role, focused on operations, governance, and compliance — ideal for leaders who have scaled IT operations within IT services organizations. Current/Prior EXPERIENCE WITH AN IT SERVICES ORGANIZATION MANDATORY
🔑 Responsibilities
• Oversee internal IT infrastructure operations across cloud (Azure/AWS), servers, storage, and networks.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness across global IT operations.
• Manage service desk, workforce utilization, and internal process excellence.
• Lead and mentor operations staff, driving automation and operational efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• 15 - 18 years in IT infrastructure/operations; 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• IT Services background required (Candidates with Captives/Product company profiles will not be considered).
• Strong expertise in Azure/AWS operations, IT governance, compliance, and vendor management.
• Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or Cloud Architect are a plus
• Working in Shifts might be needed
