Associate Director / Director: Internal Audit-Banking Job Location:Mumbai Qualification: CA, Semi CA Reporting: Head of the firm Relevant experience: - 15-20 years in Internal Audit of banking treasury (In-depth Knowledge of treasury operations and audit of banks. Thorough knowledge of RBI regulations is mandatory) Job Location: Multiple client locations across Mumbai. Job Details: Project Management: Responsible for managing the life cycle of the assignment. Resource allocation, audit project plans etc. Key Account Management: Develop relations with new clients. Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with existing clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings Prior work experience in internal audit covering bank treasury and risk, experience in a liquidity risk management function. Represent the team & Submit the Audit recommendation to the Audit Committee. Play a key role in development of team through coaching, mentoring, training and advising. Should have a good understanding of market practices in relation to banking industry Should be conversant with regulatory requirements from RBI Desired Profile: Excellent Client management skills Excellent people management Skills Should have good presentation skills Well versed with Key Account Management & New Empanelment.
