Your Role We are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional experiences. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our events team and drive engagement through innovative and impactful events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute events that align with the company's brand identity and objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for events, including identifying target audiences, establishing pricing strategies, and implementing promotional levers to maximize traffic and revenue. Oversee the end-to-end event management process, including assortment planning, brand deals, and storefront wireframe, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for our customers. Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics for events, including traffic, engagement, revenue generation, and ROI, and use insights to optimize future event strategies. Support business decisions by formulating hypotheses, structured problem solving, analyze relevant data to verify hypotheses and prepare documentation to communicate the results with insights. Stay informed about industry trends, and emerging technologies related to events, and incorporate best practices to enhance the company's event offerings. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications & Experience • MBA/Bachelor's Degree from a Tier-1 institute. Prior experience of managing large scale events, category marketing is preferred. Desired experience range is 4-6 years. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Perfect blend of creative and analytical bent of mind for planning growth-centric initiatives and experiments
