Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Consultant who will work closely with our clients to understand and solve their talent-related challenges. This role combines strategic problem-solving with business development, as you will also be responsible for bringing in new clients and expanding our network.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with client organizations to understand their talent needs and challenges (e.g., hiring, retention, leadership development, culture building)
• Develop and deliver customized HR solutions, frameworks, and strategies to address these needs
• Conduct needs assessments, workshops, and one-on-one consultations with client leadership teams
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable results
• Identify new business opportunities, approach prospective clients, and convert leads into long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver training, recruitment campaigns, and wellness initiatives
• Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices to bring fresh insights to clients
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in HR consulting role
• Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of business development or client acquisition in a service-based industry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable interacting with C-suite and senior leadership
