Inside Account Representative Inside Sales

GavinHeath is partnering with a client in the IT solutions industry, looking to add an Inside Account Representative Inside Sales to their team. The role is a Full-Time position with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support Military account growth by managing high-volume, lower-complexity run-rate requests.

• Build and maintain accurate quotes, bills of materials, and order submissions with strong attention to detail.

• Ensure zero missed deal registrations or expirations by proactively tracking deadlines.

• Maintain CRM accuracy and completeness to support audit readiness and prevent downstream errors.

• Respond to all customer requests within SLA standards, ensuring no customer goes unanswered.

• Collaborate closely with the Inside Account Manager and Sales Executive to align priorities and support account strategy.

• Partner with OEMs and distributors to manage pricing, markups, and deal registration processes.

• Demonstrate consistent growth and ownership with the goal of promotion to Inside Account Manager within approximately two years.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, multi-sheet management, error checking).

• Experience in sales operations such as quoting, order entry, and CRM record management.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to custom CRM tools.

• Strong communication skills: direct, concise, and resilient under pressure.

• Comfortable in a junior support role, working closely with senior team members.

Preferred:

• Inside sales, VAR, or distributor experience.

• Prior exposure to federal or DoD sales environments (Army/Navy/etc. account knowledge a plus).

• Experience coordinating with OEMs and distributors on pricing and deal registrations.

• Resilient personality: able to reset quickly after setbacks and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Compensation and Logistics

• Salary: $50,000 base

• Work Arrangement: Remote-friendly, with flexible hours and outcome-driven expectations. Occasional late hours may be required to meet deadlines.

• Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits. Commission plan eligibility after promotion.

That's why we're seeking a Associate Director, Learning Solutions & Systems accountable for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs and technologies that support our clinical trial training services. This role blends expertise in instructional design, learning management systems, and emerging technologies with an understanding of the clinical trials market and environment. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to ensure the development and delivery of differentiated high-quality, scalable, and effective learning solutions across global trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the learning services roadmap, including instructional design standards, learning technology enhancements and adoption, and process optimization.

• Partner with science and other cross-functional teams to oversee the design and development of eLearning, blended learning, and instructor-led training programs for clinical raters and site personnel.

• Provide thought leadership in adult learning, virtual training, and learning analytics within the context of clinical trial training.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in the management and delivery of complex company initiatives that support phase I-IV clinical trials.

• Actively engage in discussions and planning sessions sharing new and better ways of delivering best in class learning technology and learning solutions methodologies.

• Ensure alignment to company process/SOPs and industry regulations when implementing new learning systems and projects.

• Identify opportunities and lead system implementation initiatives that will create delivery efficiencies and create valuable product offerings.

• Ensure learning system, documentation, and processes align to applicable regulations and regulatory requirements

• Act as learning SME for audits and investigations

• Manage the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS platforms and virtual training tools.

• Evaluate and implement emerging learning technologies (e.g., AI-driven assessments, adaptive learning, etc.) to enhance rater training delivery and outcomes.

• Support new and ongoing system integrations (i.e., eCOA partnerships, data lake, Learning Management Systems, Client Relationship Management, Applicant Tracking System).

• Support initiatives across services that will enhance learning related offerings such as automated micro learning deployments, interactive AI trainings, and system connections promoting streamlined training for internal/external stakeholders

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for learning and technology offerings related to rater training and data visualization.

• Identify opportunities and lead system implementation initiatives that will create more engaging content and reduce study timelines/costs.

• Lead and develop a team of instructional designers, LMS administrators, and training coordinators.

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for the development of training assets and systems

• Deliver and provide feedback in constructive and supportive manner.

• Communicate effectively and timely across stakeholders.

• Effectively collaborate and embed across services teams to understand pain points and suggest improvements.

• Support the hiring process for positions related to Learning Solutions and Systems activities.

• Negotiate and act as a main POC to Learning Solutions and Systems related vendor platforms.

• Mentor and grow learning and technology skillsets for department staff so they may successfully support deliverables independently and with confidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level qualification required (Master's preferred), in Organizational Psychology/Development or similar

• Experience procuring and managing external training vendors

• 10+ years of experience developing learning and/or change programs

• Knowledge of the science behind learning (instructional design) and how to induce behavioral change (behavioral science) required

• Hands-on knowledge of leading-edge learning and development techniques and technologies

• Experience in the development of training programs both online and offline

• Background in designing, implementing and evaluating learning programs which are scalable for a global audience

• Experience with iterative working methodologies preferred (design thinking, agile, scrum)

• Experience in either highly regulated industries or technology

• Broad knowledge of L&D trends and best practices

• Advance skills in Articulate Storyline or similar design software

• Advance LMS administration experience (Absorb LMS preferred)

• Relevant experience in working within an Organizational Development function

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint Excel and SharePoint
