and the mission of this role is to successfully learn and transition the Finance and Accounting high
volume transactional processes from onsite
USA
to offshore
India
For the initial few months
the selected candidate must work as an Individual contributor and spend 2
3 months in US National Finance Service Centre

to learn the processes by doing the job

on mindset
and gradually building the team for the practice
The envisioned team size at the end of transition is 50
FTEs in India working exclusively for US BPO requirements

Experienced in setting up Shared Services in a typical BPO offshore model in India with Cost
Quality and Utilization as primary metrics

BMQ
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years related management experience in finance and accounting
CA or MBA and
or CPA are strongly preferredStrong understanding of US GAAP

Experience in automating high volume transactional activities using RPA is highly desired
Demonstrated proficiency with project management including analysis
