The role will work with Head T&T/Head COE and other P&O Stakeholders to satisfy the insights needs of the BU/Function by articulating the business hypothesis to be worked upon, build relevant analytics solutions in partnership with People Analytics COE and influence BU/Function stakeholders to embed the insights generated into decision making through data based story telling and influencing. The role will also act as the People Data Steward for the BU/Function ensuring best practices and standards on People Data Management are consistently applied within their scope of influence.
Major responsibilities
• Work closely with Head Talent and Transformation/COE Head/People Analytics Head and other relevant P&O stakeholders to articulate and prioritize the business questions/hypotheses needing analytical insights.
• Utilize and champion among stakeholders, the use of off-the-shelf data/ reporting/visualization enterprise assets to satisfy first level analytics needs (reporting, trend analysis, survey results from Glint etc.) Be proficient in generating business relevant data visualization and data-based storytelling, utilizing both business and P&O data to demonstrate the value of the insights to the stakeholders.
• Work in close partnership with People Analytics COE to build custom analytical solutions (advanced visualizations, dashboards, advanced analytics studies) for identified business questions to generate relevant insights for complex business hypothesis.
• Work closely within relevant stakeholders to get insights embedded into People Decision making utilizing effective data-based storytelling and change management skills.
• Act as the People Data Steward for the BU/Function and takes ownership of implementing enterprise People Data Management principles and governance built by the People Analytics and Data COE. Acts as the champion within the scope of influence to educate P&O function on ethical use of People data.
• Ensure relevant partner engagement, involvement, communication for People Analytics Programs within scope while ensuring programs are endorsed by Data Privacy, Works Councils, and other relevant bodies.
• Build a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the HR organization and trains others in fundamental analytics and data methods.
• Utilize the Global People Analytics Community of Practice to bring the enterprise solutions and knowledge (internal and external) to further the People Insights agenda for the function/BU.
