Strategy
• Responsible for driving the overall business performance.
• Maximize returns on FM products.
• Product innovation.
• Improve processes efficiency and service quality through product intervention.
Business
• Work with Treasury Sales and Segment teams to deliver the agreed Retail sales budget.
Digital
• Drive business using various digital tools available.
• Digital products - introduce new products keeping in mind the client needs, regulatory and bank framework and competition in mind.
• Digitisation of processes to improve customer experience, processing efficiency.
• Work with internal tech teams / external vendors for introducing new remittance products and maintaining existing ones.
• Increase e-commerce penetration using various digital interventions.
• Drive marketing program to influence client behaviour.
Analytics
• Work on analytics data, sales campaign driven on analytics data to drive sales.
• Use analytics to drive higher productivity.
Others
• Support local and group management on any project, initiative, day to day controls, etc as may be decided from time to time.
• Raise market awareness of SCB Treasury capabilities and products, through arranging presentations and seminars, and taking advantage of opportunities to enhance the profile of SCB in the market.
• Establish and maintain a network for co-operation with other SC Treasury and non-Treasury businesses, to support the creation of solutions to customer needs that span national and product boundaries, and regulatory environments.
• Counsel and guide colleagues to improve performance, in particular new members of the team.
• Ensure the anti-money laundering / Know Your Customer guidelines are adhered to.
