You lead with empathy and enjoy developing and empowering a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
You have strong time‑management skills and thrive in environments with multiple priorities and deliverables.

You’re at your best in a collaborative team setting where sharing ideas, learning, and continuous improvement are encouraged.
Your Experience

Established track record in managing and guiding teams across complex engagements.
A passion for delivering innovative, risk‑focused client solutions supported by strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Prior experience in internal audit, risk advisory, assurance, or controls-based roles with exposure to analytics in a risk or audit context.
A commercial and analytical mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills, and solid project delivery capability.
Proven experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
