We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to Associate Director in New Business Development for one of our prestigious Telecom clients in Australia. This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth and innovation in Telecom and Digital Transformation Services. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new business opportunities in Telecom Services, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Digital Transformation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the Telecom industry.
Drive strategic sales initiatives, ensuring a consultative approach to outsourcing services and telecom solutions.
Identify and capture new accounts while successfully expanding existing relationships with large Telecom Delivery Partners.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and business processes to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
Provide thought leadership and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Support and mentor team members, developing their skills and fostering a high-performance environment.
Travel as required to meet business needs and engage with clients.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on the Consulting & Telecom Services market in Australia.
Proven success in opening new accounts and driving growth within the Telecom Services vertical.
Deep understanding of industry regulations, market trends, and business processes within the Telecom and Digital Transformation sectors.
Exceptional skills in consultative selling of outsourcing services, Professional Services, and Managed Services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strong business networking abilities and the ability to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams for continuous improvement and success.
High energy, strong engagement, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
Willingness to travel as required to support business and client needs.
