As an Associate Director, Transaction Banking FI Sales, you are responsible for the following:
To identify and execute on valuable business opportunities in Transaction Banking- FI space
Origination of new business and Management of new/ existing FIG clients in a way that achieves customer satisfaction and drives the business growth agenda and priorities
Structuring product/solutions for FIG clients from Trade & Cash perspective, working closely with FIG RM, Enablement, Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client
Ensure maximisation of customer value and that a quality portfolio is maintained, in line with Group credit policy, including sound risk management. Build Transaction Banking portfolio in TBFI space
Achievement of TBFI growth by building a sustainable and diversified revenue base across the existing portfolio and new client relationships for the FIG portfolio
Ensure disciplined account management and work in conjunction with coverage and regional TBFI colleagues on execution of well-structured account plans for FIG clients from TBFI perspective.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience in Transaction Banking FI product skill set
Sound understanding of Transaction Banking, FIG segments (Bank and NBFI)
Results oriented and strong display of perseverance and right attitude. Good track record and sales origination and execution
Demonstrated knowledge of financing structures and techniques, applicable regulations and a wide range of local industries
Strong communication and interpersonal including an ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance/business or related field
