The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive transformation initiatives within our Financial Services Consulting practice
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with ideally a combination of consulting and business experience, with deep expertise in Business and Technology Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence and Target Operating Models
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting engagements for leading financial institutions. Experience within the banking and insurance sectors is necessary, as well as any functional expertise within those sectors
Day to day you will:
Lead and deliver complex transformation programs across banking and insurance clients and drive sustainable solutions for these clients
Develop and pitch consulting solutions focused on client needs and supported by our expertise and business leading frameworks and methodologies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on operational challenges
Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, data-driven solutions
What you'll bring to our team:
Proven experience in delivering transformation within the financial services sector, ideally at a senior level through consulting services
Strong track record in delivering business and technology transformation, process improvement, operational excellence and target operating models
Strong knowledge of the commercial and regulatory environment for the financial services sector and the changing horizon and technology infrastructure underpinning organisations' transformation initiatives
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen with experience in business development and proposal writing. Excellent relationship-based business development skills are essential as well as a well-established network
Good knowledge of best practice both globally and locally for transformation with an ability to think strategically and a motivation to learn and connect to topical and future sector thinking
