Role Description
Regulatory Technology aims to be an industry leading function that delivers sustainable regulatory compliance through technology automation and competitive operating leverage to create a safe and controlled operating environment that protects the Deutsche Bank franchise and its clients. This specific role is with Tax Team where we are generating different reports that needs to be shared with different team and regulatory bodies.

You will work as part of a cross-functional agile Prod Support team, collaborating with analysts, developers and DevOps. You will bring an innovative approach to automation, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices, as part of a relentless focus on business value. You will be someone who sees engineering as team activity, with a predisposition to open code, open discussion and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. You will be ready to take a proactive role in all stages of software delivery, from initial analysis right through to production release.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Work as part of a cross-functional Support team, closely collaborating with development and DevOps teams to understand requirements, ensure all support requirements are met, design automation solutions, implement and support them.
• Responsible for building and leading production Support (Monitoring/Automation/System & Performance) for Web based, database and pipeline-based applications, focused on Automation and CICD.
• Participates as an integral part of a central Production Support team with ability to research, design, develop and execute automated tools and build efficient production support framework.
• Ability to code and support continuously along with other Production Engineers.
• Proven ability to work with equivalent Support, DevOps and Development counterparts in different geographic locations (USA, London, India)
• Ability to clearly articulate and report Support issues to variety of stakeholders.
• Proven Cross Tier automation experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-energy team environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt new technology and programming skills.
• Help your team build, test and release software with the short lead times and promoting automation to manual activities by the production support team.
Your Skills And Experience
• 5+ years of production support with automation experience using tools like Ansible, unix scripting, SQL analysis.
• Great exposure on environment management and hands on expertise in LINUX framework
• Hands on scripting experience in languages like UNIX, Python etc.
• Hands on experience on CICD tools like Teamcity, Jenkins etc.
• Working exposure to the build tools like maven.
• Good working knowledge of code check in processes with tools Git, SVN, Bitbucket.
• Knowledge on any Cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, AWS
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Practical experience of setting up of efficient monitoring system in New relic, Geneos delivering good quality code within enterprise scale development
