Job Description-
• To work on the visualization of an event from execution lens by decoding a client or internal brief
• To come up with execution ideas that can prove to be unique propositions from Marketing and add to the overall experience of the event
• To drive on ground production, setup, vendor management, artist management, fabrication, and other technical aspects
• To drive production of events across multiple cities
• To detail out end to end execution of the event from a production perspective and work with creative teams and production vendors for translating the same on-ground
• To work with execution partners and get best execution done in optimal costs depending on event budgets
• To prepare concept decks for the event and for production visualization and look and feel of the event
• To support teams on curation of the Event IP and drive relevant partnerships with the help of the internal teams in the form of F&B, Activities, Workshops, Artists etc. and support the curation team in execution of requirements for the brands coming onboard
• Focus on creating partnerships that will drive revenue and value not look at usual way of rental to get things. Partnerships can be Marketing or Execution or Curation or Sales driven with the intent of making the event a great experience for the consumer and profitable for self
• To co-ordinate with the operations team of venues and be the SPOC for end to end execution of the IP
• To manage the venue setup and dismantle end to end and ensure the execution is done based on what was planned
• Must Have –
• Experience in working in B2C Events/Festivals and managing Production Setup, Box Office and Token Management, Artist Lineup and F&B Setup amongst other things.
• Access to Execution Vendor Network across different domains relevant to the event
• Understanding of technical, production requirements and licensing for events
