• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between faculties and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Project Monitoring: Implement plans, track progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
• Data Management: Maintain and update operational data in Google Sheets for accurate reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Administrative Support: Organize meetings, manage schedules, and provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth execution of ongoing projects.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and provide efficient solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite: Strong experience with spreadsheet management, data tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate data management and timely completion of tasks.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and suggest improvements.
