Position Overview
The role, Associate Finance Operations Manager, T&E, will be based in Bangalore, India reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, T&E. The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a team environment where members oversee individual tasks needed to reach a common goal. The Associate Manager should also have excellent communication (English), analytical thinking, time management, and people leader skills. Experience with Concur Implementation is a plus. Functional knowledge of ICS, Workday (305 & 350) integration, Partner Bank Integration, Audit Rules, Workflow, Receipt Handling, Expense Audits and Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are mandatory. The Associate Manager will supply feedback for process creation/improvement, KPI reporting, team goals and will function as an escalation point team members as well as end users.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Become a Concur super-user and subject matter expert.
Escalation point between Concur end-users and Concur Support team members.
Ensure T&E processes executed on time.
Perform Month End Close activities.
Participate in process improvement and KPI development.
Resolve integration errors (Workday, Partner Banks, ICS)
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Must have experience with 10+ years in Travel & Expense Automation
Must have experience using any Information systems (SAP, Concur, Workday, Service Now)
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.
Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking and analytical skills
People Leader
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Enjoy working in a small team.
Fluency in English
