Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities Proficiency with browser based debugging Understanding of progressive web apps Experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha) Experience using Git Develop new components and features for our frontend app(s) Write, audit, and improve test coverage Document and refactor frontend codebase. Profile and improve frontend performanceRequired Skills Develop the next generation of our apps using tools such as React.js, Redux, NPM and Webpack. Be familiar with React and its ecosystem. Past experience with React is a must. Overall with 4 years experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript 2 years' experience working with any JavaScript framework/library, preferably React In-depth understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (pre-processors LESS/SASS) and relevant concepts
