An Associate General Manager - Operations at Livspace will lead a team of Operations Leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves coordinating with design and production teams to meet committed timelines, as well as managing internal stakeholders like Finance, Vendors, and Installers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Ownership of the customer experience from project booking to handover.
• Acting as the highest point of escalation for regional issues and ensuring timely resolution within committed ETAs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Empowering existing teams and hiring top talent to strengthen regional operations.
• Maintaining adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and standards for standardized customer experiences.
• Responsibility for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Escalation Resolution.
Requirements
• Preferrable qualifications: NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
• 7-10 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
• People management skills with direct team reporting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills.
• Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strategic alliance/ business partnership management through builders, architects, and interior consultants.
