We are seeking a highly experienced AGM/DGM Legal with a background in the Renewable Energy industry to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and guidance to management and various departments, manage litigation matters, review and draft agreements, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while meeting the business objectives. The role requires exceptional coordination skills with stakeholders and customers to avoid litigation and maintain proper legal records. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization within the renewable energy sector.Experience15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the legal field within the Renewable Energy industry.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProviding legal advice and guidance to management and various departments as needed.Managing litigation matters, including attending court hearings, drafting, reviewing, and vetting pleadings and court documents, and interacting with panel Advocates/Counsels to ensure favorable outcomes.Reviewing and drafting agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with business needs.Maintaining proper records related to legal matters.Coordinating with all stakeholders to complete the TSR as per management requirements.Close coordination with internal and external customers to prevent litigation.Education QualificationMaster of Laws (LL.M) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.Certification RequiredBar Council certification is mandatory.Behavioral SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Technical SkillsThorough understanding of renewable energy laws and regulations.Proven experience in litigation management within the renewable energy sector.Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal agreements specific to renewable energy projects.Non-Negotiable SkillsMaster of Laws (LL.M) or equivalent degree.Bar Council certification.Proven experience in litigation management within the renewable energy sector.ConclusionWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to grow and succeed.
