We can't wait to hear about YOU.About the role:We are actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with expertise in Digital Sales/IT sales, particularly within the PSU vertical. Diversity background experience is highly valued.Key Responsibilities:? Drive PSU business in the West and North region, focusing on new opportunities and customerretention.? Develop strong customer relationships, secure new business, and negotiate favorable terms.? Achieve Digital sales quotas, collaborate with RIM Sales teams, and grow revenue for IronMountain's Digital solutions.? Adhere to company policies, ensure high-quality reporting, and highlight the value of our digitalsolutions to customers.Qualifications and Experience:? Masters in Marketing/IB is preferred.? Minimum of 8 years of solution selling experience, with a proven track record in sales roles.? Experience in selling digital solutions with established relationships in sectors such as banking,insurance, NBFCs, PSU, and hospitals.? Prior experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies, especially in highly regulated industrieslike Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, PSUs, Government, NBFCs, BFSI, and Energy.? Familiarity with CRM tools and activity-based sales processes is desirable.? Proven ability to shape and close deals, positioning digital solutions effectively across large,complex accounts.? Experience in managing large process outsourcing, migrations, and digitization projects is a plus.

About the Job :

Key Responsibilities :

Government Relations Support :

- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with government officials, regulators, and industry associations.

- Support the team with planning, development, and implementation of government outreach & stakeholder management initiatives.

Policy Analysis :

- Monitor and analyze government policies, legislation, regulations, and industry trends impacting the aerospace sector.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Support the senior public affairs head in engaging with key stakeholders in government and semi-government organizations.

Technical Communication :

- Use your engineering background to understand and communicate the company's technological capabilities to stakeholders.

Proposal Development :

- Assist in writing proposals and preparing presentations for meetings with government officials and industry stakeholders.

Relevant Work Experience and Expertise :

Experience :

- 5-8 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or a related field, preferably within the aerospace or high-tech sectors.

Regulatory Knowledge :

- Understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape and government relations.

Communication Skills :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.

Relationship Building :

- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.

Education :

Technical Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Aerospace, Mechanical, or related fields) to effectively understand and communicate technical aspects.
