JD :
Operate RMG, FBD, multimill, sifter, and blender as per SOP.
Execute granulation activities as per BMR/BPR and GMP compliance.
Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality (LOD, particle size, blend uniformity).
Perform cleaning, changeover, and maintain real-time documentation (ALCOA+).
Coordinate with QA for in-process checks, line clearance, and sampling.
Support troubleshooting and continuous process improvement
Skills :
Hands-on experience with granulation equipment (RMG/FBD).
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and data integrity standards.
Ability to read and follow SOPs/BMR.
Basic technical troubleshooting and process understanding.
Discipline, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures
