Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media
graphics, videos, packaging, and website
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity
across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for
new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining
quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to
keep the brand’s design strategies innovative and competitive.
• Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work
environment.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator for Social Creatives likes Reels, GIFs.
• Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
• Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics
• Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing,
color grading, and sound design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
