We are currently in + cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Kota, and Coimbatore) with over 20,000 live beds and fast expanding within these geographies as well as to other cities. Founded by alumni of IIM, IIT, AIIMS, and ISB, we currently have a team size of 1,000+ and expanding aggressively.
About the Role / Responsibilities:
• Establish cleanliness standards and work procedures for the housekeeping staff.
• Assign HK staff their duties and prepare a schedule & checklist based on property
structure.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections for conformance to prescribed standards of
cleanliness
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take
corrective action.
• Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, and work procedures and to demonstrate the use and maintenance of HK materials /equipment.
• Maintain inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Evaluate records to forecast HK department manpower requirements.
• Prepare reports concerning audit ratings of properties & material requirements.
• Select and purchase HK materials on a monthly basis.
• Develop minimum standards for prospective members of his department and minimum standards for rating the work
• Listen to customers’ complaints and ensure that the complaints are addressed efficiently and effectively
• Attend staff meetings to discuss company policies and address complaints.
• Issue supplies and equipment to HK Staff.
• Record data regarding work assignments, attendance, and schedule adherence, and prepare periodic reports.
• Recruitment of BCS employees for the assigned city
