Location: 1, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata

Office Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Saturday Half-Day)

Position: HR Assistant (Junior Level)

Preferred Candidate: Female, Age between 22–28 years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records

Handle attendance, leave tracking, and HR coordination

Communicate with internal teams and store staff

Support general HR and admin functions

Assist with employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Good command over English (spoken and written)

Proficient in MS Excel

Well-groomed, presentable, and proactive

Graduate or currently pursuing graduation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (fixed)
