Job Description
The associate will be required to support initiatives that will enable TIAA India to continually power HR strategic shifts, fuel engagement and transformation, with specific focus on creating a thriving culture strengthening engagement and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Drive Hybrid working guidelines, reporting around hybrid work environment and partner with HR partners on potential actions
• Driving the culture transformation in partnership with all functions across Human Resources and ID&E partners.
• Support on large scale engagement programs such as Career and HR Benefits fair’s across the site year on year.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
