Below are the list of roles and responsibilities (but not limited to) -
Learning Business Partner
• Conducts annual and on-going training needs assessment with BU Heads / HRBPs
• Proposes outcome-focused learning solutions with objectives and mode of delivery (Blended / Online / Classroom)
• Interacts with internal SMEs and external trainers to design the curriculum; course and assessments
• Manages the learning journeys and learner experience; governs the completion of all mandatory courses and executes domain/functional learning programs (banking)
• Innovates to make learning joyful and impactful
Facilitation
• Anchor programs/initiatives/campaigns
• Design and deliver custom solutions in the banking and allied domains (in consultation with the Vendor Partners where required)
Learning Operations & Governance
• Vendor Management (empanelment, identification, evaluation, purchase order-invoice-payment governance)
• Administer programs in the Learning Management System and evangelize digital learning through all learning solutions offered (Self-Service)
• Work closely with all internal teams for the smooth execution of training programs
• Ensure training records; budgets are updated for audits and metrics reported monthly
• Explore automation, data-driven and digital approaches to augment learning operations
Qualification / Skills
• Graduate/Post-Graduate with a minimum of 5 years in learning and talent development
• Perpetual learner, continuously invests in self-development
• Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identify, Design, Deliver, Evaluate
• Hands-on in Content Curation, exposure to digital learning ecosystems
• Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills delivering programs
• Ability to manage vendor relationship including vendor cost and KPI management
• Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally
• Analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions
• Superior judgment, diplomacy, and tact, with a willingness to speak up amid adversity
Preferred but not Mandatory
• Experience of working in the banking industry/Banking related certifications
• Working knowledge on any Learning Management System and eLearning Development Platforms like Articulate, Captivate, etc.
• Certified Practitioner in Technologies or Psychometric tools
Direct reports
It is an individual contributor role. However, training executive/s will provide support to help execute the training charter in few areas of Learning Operations & Governance
