Job Summary
The Associate Human Resources (HR) position will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team across various activities, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Data Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and other initiatives.
You will report directly to the Manager - Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting HR-related activities at designated locations (Mumbai/Pune/Nagpur)
• Sourcing and Recruitment: Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for entry-level to mid-level positions
• Campus hiring and strategic partnerships for recruitment purposes
• Effective employee onboarding and induction into the Akanksha system
• Payroll input management for employees and consultants
• Managing exit processes and final settlement payouts
• Data management for assigned schools and support for HR Analytics
• Familiarity with HR policies and timely implementation
• Contributing to the HR team's goals and priorities beyond individual objectives
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR roles
• Proven expertise in hiring and data management
• Prior experience in non-profit sectors preferred
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivation and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
