Job Summary
The Associate Human Resources (HR) will play a critical role in supporting the HR team in various activities, including recruitment, onboarding, data management, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the HR team in handling HR-related activities for allocated schools
• Sourcing and recruiting entry-level to mid-level roles through campus hiring and strategic partnerships
• Managing employee onboarding and induction into the Akanksha system
• Collating payroll inputs for salary processing and managing exit processes
• Managing data accurately for assigned schools and supporting city teams in HR analytics
• Ensuring timely implementation of HR policies
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in HR roles with proven experience in hiring and data management
• Experience working in development and non-profit sectors preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
• Excellent English communication skills, strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail
