As a Global Bank Loans Onboarding Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational services related to fund accounting and administration. Your work will have a meaningful impact within our department, as you apply your broad knowledge of fund servicing principles and practices to perform diverse activities requiring analysis and judgement. Job Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for each project by taking ownership of end-to-end onboarding activities including fund manager communications, instruction capture setups, static data configurations, and eventually bringing the accounts live.
Develop a deep understanding of the bank loan model and be able to present it to clients and fund managers
Create and use multi-source reconciliation models to analyze data
Monitor, track, and complete numerous JIRAs on a daily basis
Create, maintain and update procedures for client specific deliverables
Daily compliance and review of controls and procedures outlined in the SOP and general company policies
Assist in testing and implementation of system enhancements as required
Develop and maintain strong client relationships using emotional intelligence and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience in bank debt operations or client facing onboarding / implementation roles
A strong entrepreneurial attitude with the mindset of taking ownership of assignments
Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organization
Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
