Cyber Security Manager IN
The Cyber Manager supervises a team and lead the technology functions or deliveries of the team. Ensures the delivery of the team is adhered to the requirement and compliance of the Organizational Security Policy. The manager mentors and guide the team on the team functions, technical skills and acquiring new skills
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and services and development of team
• Oversees the Incident response process and operations of the team . Technically Lead and guide the team. Communicates to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.
• Manages escalations and remediate risks. Authorizes and approves the access of the individual team members.
