Job Description
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MBA (Sales/ Marketing) or any equivalent degree.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of the market.
• Providing baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call.
• Making outbound prospecting communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources and engaging with them to maximize sales.
• Analyzing, differentiating and converting clients from hot prospects.
• Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated.
• Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results.
• Deliver against KPIs optimizing against customer lifetime value to meet annual forecast and goals.
• Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, companies technologies, sites, for cutting-edge programs across web, mobile and all digital extensions.
• Develop recommendations to reach new members through desktop and mobile campaigns, including creative and messaging strategy.
• Maintain agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, performance feedback, and managing budgets.
• Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results.
• Establish and maximize impact of sales through targeted research on events and industry associations.
• Experience building strong sales pipeline for IoT solutions marketing and lead generation would be preferred.
Competencies Required:
• Inside sales experience is a Must
• Experience in industrial automation, digital solutions & services sales is a highly preferred.
