Job Description
Design Development: Create detailed 2D technical drawings (floor plans, elevations) and 3D visualizations to help clients see the final vision.
• Cost Estimation & BOQs: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ). You will list all materials and services required for a project to ensure clear pricing.
• Cost Checking: Review vendor quotes and material costs against the budget to ensure the project stays financially on track.
• Quality Control (QC) Support: Assist in site visits and inspections to ensure the work being done matches the design specifications and meets our quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Support senior designers in refining layouts and sourcing the right materials for each project.
