Investment Banking Associate
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, company financials, and relevant news in the enterprise and technology sectors
• Create and update financial models, comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transaction analysis (PTA)
• Prepare presentations and other deal collaterals
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documents, including offering memorandums and due diligence materials
• Conduct due diligence on potential investors
• Assist in managing the deal process, including coordinating with internal and external parties
• Experience in deal cycle, finance, or related fields with a focus on enterprise and technology sectors
• Knowledge of financial markets and the regulatory environment
Job Requirements:
• A candidate should have 2+ years of experience in buy/sell side of deal cycle
• Bachelor's/PG degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
