Job Description – Associate - Investment Banking
• Building financial modelling, pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandum etc.
• Liasoning with clients and preparation of transaction collaterals in conjunction with the clients
• Build financial models, develop research material and prepare pitch books
• Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams
• Provide transaction support to the clients throughout the deal lifecycle, with strong know how of due diligence activities –
Financial, Taxation and Legal.
