Chennai/Bangalore, the ideal candidate would be a CA/MBA with 1-2 years of full-time work experience in investment banking, private equity or transaction advisory services (with a Big 4 or equivalent firm).This is a front end client facing role. It will provide end-end investment banking experience for signing up a client upto closure of transaction. Role would report to a AVP/VP and will spend time in supporting the deal team in- Financial models ( P&L B/S, CF. DCF, etc)- Research ( market feedback, analyze databases, do groundwork)- IM/ Pitch presentations ( translating vision into a deck with good presentability)- Comparables ( valuation support in identifuing listed & transaction comps - both domestic and global)- Coordinating diligence ( interact with all stakeholders financial, legal & commercial)- Helping in documentation ( interating with company stakeholders and closing open points)Candidate must be passionate to make a career in investment banking in a firm that is dynamic and entrepreneurial in natureWe are a sector agnostic investment bank with a track record of over 150 transaction closure in the last 17 years.
