Associate - Strategy Consulting/Management Consulting/ Investment Banking/Private Equity/Merger's & Acquisitions
Role:
- Assist in the execution of Strategy Consulting, Commercial Due Diligence & Investment Banking assignments, covering the following:-
- Corporate Strategy & Business Unit Strategy
- Business Due Diligence (Commercial/ Operational)
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Equity (PE/VC) transactions
- Organization Development Strategy
- Structured finance transactions
- Joint Ventures / Strategic Alliances
- Transaction Support including preparation of Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), Financial Modelling, Business Plan, Due Diligence, etc.
- Supporting in Business Development pursuits
Key requirements:
- Prior relevant work experience (3-5 yrs.) mandatory (e.g., with Big 4 / boutique Consulting or IB firms / Equity Research background)
- Exposure in International client's geographies (USA/UK/Australia/Canada) is a plus
- Enterprising professional with interest in front-end Consulting/IB role
- Should have a keen interest in building a career in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance
- Excellent in Consulting storyboarding / storytelling
- This is a post- MBA / CFA / CA position
Other competencies required: -
- Sound understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, valuation & accounting concepts
- Ability to interact with confidence and handle CEOs/ CXOs/ client executives independently
- Excellent analytical & presentation (High PowerPoint / Excel) skills
- Strategic mindset
- Good Communication & Presentation skills
- A Hustler, Fast-learner & Go-getter
