Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Provide easy solution second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware
• Apply basic knowledge of IT infrastructure to perform routine technical assignments; solutions to resolve the issues are fairly straight-forward
• Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties
• May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem
• Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 1+ years working in IT Infrastructure & Operations or other equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to IT Infrastructure & Operations
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
