4.Knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Excel, word and database management
5.Handel a team in the past
6.If IT background additional benefits
7.Able to work in Shift including night shifts. Saturday / Sunday / Holidays ...rotation
Key Responsibilities
1.Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management skills.
2.Responsible for day to day role / Support.
3.Should be able to solve the queries of users on.
4.Should be able to train the users on Software front .
5.Handling Customers, MLL Concerns and addressing it with defined timeline.
