Job Title : Analytics Analyst - Workforce Strategy & Analytics

Location : India

The Workforce Strategy and Analytics Sr. Analyst has hands-on experience of using MS Excel, query databases and HR systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive), and KPI dash boarding.

Your key responsibilities

• Provides MI and analytics support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, analytics and responsible for successful delivery as per agreed KPIs.

• Provides support to the functional leads on various project management activities and drives the projects to their appropriate conclusion.

• Utilizes technology and relevant tools to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed and communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artefact on a periodic basis.

• Serves as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and contribute by providing appropriate HR reports / visualization

Your skills and experience

• Graduates / Post Graduate with at least 3+ years of overall experience out of which at least 2 years in HR reporting

• Hands on experience on HR data and experience of handling large data sets

• Good Understanding of databases and reporting tools like Ms-Office, SQL, RDBMS

• Excellent presentation skills, ability to di-still and present actionable information from complex analysis

• Experience in an analytics environment (including MI and reporting). Good analytical skills and comfort with data / numbers / reports with attention to detail.
