Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You’ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.
Level: Associate/Senior Associate
Location: 1 for Mumbai, 1 for Kolkata
Experience: 4-6 years, preferably consulting
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources Management from renowned college
Job Description
• Work closely with the Business team to help drive HC strategies.
• Active involvement in the performance appraisal process for the LOS. Active involvement in the Total rewards exercise.
• Drive functional and cross-functional employee engagement initiatives independently.
• Monthly MIS/reporting as per the internal guidelines.
• Managing initiatives on organizational development and change management that impact location/SBUs.
• Coordinating with peers from other locations to work on common projects, as and when required.
• Coordinating with HC Shared Services teams for various inputs, relating to the employee life cycle.
• Updating the cost tracker with all changes in cases of joiners, exits, transfers and confirmations.• Thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes for 100% closure of HC queries.
• Building a strong connect with internal stakeholders through constant and high levels of engagement.
• Deep understating of the business and should be able to keep updated on the competitive landscape.
• Will be expected to gather market intelligence and deepen his/her understanding on business and industry.
