Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in Ahmedabad at Chambers of Parth Contractor. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling Commercial and Civil Disputes, Arbitrations, Company Law cases, IBC Litigations, Tax Litigations, Maritime Litigations, and Economic Offences. The role involves developing and implementing litigation strategies, representing clients in various legal proceedings, and providing legal counsel.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Commercial and Civil Laws, Arbitration Laws, Company Law, IBC, Tax Laws, Maritime Laws, and Economic Offences
• Experience in handling complex litigations and dispute resolution
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in representing clients in Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration proceedings
• LLB degree from a recognized institution
