Associate Lawyer

Quint Law Partners is a full service law firm providing legal services in multiple areas in including Banking, Corporate, Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Consumer , Real Estate and Transactional laws. The Firm is based in Kochi and is currently providing services to various National and Multi National companies.

Role Description

The Present opening is for the Corporate and Transactional Associate in the Firm. This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at Quint Law Partners located in Ernakulam. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for day-to-day legal tasks, including conducting research, drafting contracts, undertaking due diligence and coordinating with legal teams of the clients of the Firm. The role also involves representation of corporate litigation matters of the Firm and the associate should be comfortable in handling litigation as well as transactional work.

Qualifications

• Legal research, Legal writing, and Drafting skills

• Courtroom litigation and client representation experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Bar admission
