Our client continues to be very busy with no shortage of high-quality work. They are now seeking to add a highly skilled mid to senior level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their team of experts in Calgary. This is a unique opportunity to join a busy and growing, national real estate practice group with a definitive line into partnership.
Qualifications and Attributes:
• 3-10 years of post-call Commercial Real Estate experience from a reputable Canadian law firm. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in secured lending financing transactions. A combination of in-house and private practice will also be considered.
• Experience with purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional and national investors.
• Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions, on a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
• Experience with leasing in the retail, office and industrial sectors
• Client service orientated
• Qualified to practice law in Canada with above average academics
