Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Family Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience practicing family law in Alberta. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the legal process.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the legal process.

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
• 2-10 years of experience practicing family law in Alberta.
• Strong knowledge of Alberta family law statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $56,380.87-$1+4,330.57 per year
