Key Responsibilities
• Study the case files and drafting of plaints, WS, legal notices, etc. (for the court litigation department)
• Research the judgments/case laws using legal software such as Manupatra
• Handle day-to-day appearance in courts
• Assist the senior advocates in the chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments
• Work on land and property conveyancing
• Work on the preparation of title opinions, etc.
• Work on the drafting of documents relating to real estate transactions
